Role Description

You serve as a critical communication bridge between suppliers, transport dispatchers, warehouse leads, and store managers to ensure flawless supply chain continuity. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the distribution facility office with zero remote work options.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize daily store delivery routes using advanced transportation management software (TMS).
- Coordinate inbound freight delivery appointments with third-party carriers and agricultural suppliers.
- Monitor delivery status dashboards, identifying route delays and re-routing shipments to meet store receiving windows.
- Process shipping manifests, bills of lading (BOL), electronic logging data, and carrier freight invoices accurately.
- Communicate real-time delivery updates to store managers, transport leads, and warehouse shipping docks.
- Track freight transport metrics, generating daily volume throughput and fuel efficiency reports for logistics leads.
- Resolve order discrepancies, damaged shipment documentation, and dock appointment changes promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
