Role Description

As an ALDI Overnight Stocker, you perform large-scale product restocking, backroom organization, and aisle conditioning while the store is closed to customer traffic. Operating during overnight hours, you utilize pallet jacks and material handling equipment to move high volumes of dry goods, beverages, cooler items, and freezer inventory rapidly onto sales floor shelves. This role is ideal for night-owl professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, focused physical environment without shopper interruptions. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the store (zero remote capability).

Key Responsibilities

• Unload overnight delivery trucks and stage merchandise pallets in designated stockroom and aisle zones.
• Restock sales floor shelves, cooler cases, and freezer displays at high productivity speeds.
• Break down empty cardboard packaging and operate industrial waste balers and compactors.
• Audit inventory expiration dates and enforce strict FIFO product rotation across all departments.
• Condition sales aisles, front-facing products, adjusting shelf tags, and cleaning display fixtures.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free backrooms, organizing pallet bays and clearing receiving docks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shift hours consistently (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM).
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 45 lbs independently), standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and reliability.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time (100% On-Site).
• Schedule: Overnight shifts including weekends and holidays based on store stocking schedules.
