Role Description

As an ALDI Early Morning Stocker, you lead the essential pre-opening preparation that allows our stores to operate flawlessly each day. Arriving early before doors open to the public, you work alongside a dedicated team to unload daily fresh logistics deliveries, restock produce, dairy, meat, and frozen cases, and ensure sales aisles are immaculately organized. This role offers a structured, quiet early-morning work environment, ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy physical activity and finishing their shifts early in the day. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the store (no remote availability).

Key Responsibilities

• Unload early morning logistics trucks, receiving pallets of fresh produce, meat, dairy, and dry goods using powered pallet jacks.
• Break down delivery pallets and restock perishable and non-perishable store sections according to ALDI merchandising planograms.
• Audit expiration dates, execute strict FIFO product rotation, and remove damaged packaging prior to store opening.
• Condition sales floor aisles, ensuring clean shelves, aligned price tags, and clear walkways for morning shoppers.
• Operate cardboard compactors and waste balers, maintaining organized backroom dock spaces.
• Perform morning facility safety sweeps and sanitize high-touch fixtures before customer entry.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work early morning hours consistently (e.g., shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM).
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs independently, stand, bend, reach, and push heavy equipment continuously.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and time-management skills.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time (100% On-Site).
• Schedule: Early morning shifts including weekends and holidays depending on store delivery schedules.
