Role Description

As an ALDI Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you manage store delivery dispatch scheduling, trailer loading sequence alignment, and real-time transit tracking for outbound store shipments. Working on the active shipping dock office, you verify that completed store pallets are assigned to the correct delivery trailer bay, audit shipping manifests, print driver dispatch packets, and monitor carrier departure windows. Your coordination ensures that store delivery trucks leave the facility on time and fully audited. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the distribution facility office (no remote capability).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound trailer dispatch schedules, aligning delivery routes with driver departure windows.
• Verify outbound shipping manifests, bills of lading (BOL), store pallet counts, and reefer trailer temperature logs.
• Audit dock loading sequences to ensure store pallets are loaded according to multi-stop delivery routes.
• Communicate real-time departure updates to transport dispatchers, drivers, and receiving store managers.
• Track outbound carrier performance, generating daily dispatch accuracy and on-time departure reports.
• Resolve dock staging exceptions, missing pallet logs, and driver dispatch paperwork issues.
• Assist logistics managers with transportation management system (TMS) data entry and route auditing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound logistics, shipping dock coordination, or dispatch administration.
• Strong computer proficiency, including TMS, warehouse management software (WMS), and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multi-tasking skills under active dock conditions.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time (100% On-Site).
• Schedule: Full-time schedule with emphasis on afternoon, evening, or night dock operational shifts.
